PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

§ 1

Eidotech Polska sp. z o.o., located in Michałowice, at ul. Świerkowa 3a, 05-816, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 311923, with registration files maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with a share capital of PLN 50,000.00, VAT number PL8992649267, hereinafter referred to as “Eidotech,” introduces this Privacy and Cookie Policy, hereinafter referred to as the “Policy.”

 

§ 2

The term “User” refers to an internet user visiting the website www.sprzetmultimedialny.pl and its subpages, hereinafter referred to as the “Portal.”

 

§ 3

1. The User can also contact Eidotech using the contact details provided on the Portal, such as a mailing address, email address, or phone number.
2. Providing personal data in correspondence with Eidotech is voluntary but necessary for Eidotech to respond to the User.
3. Any personal data provided by the User during contact with Eidotech is processed in accordance with the requirements of the applicable laws, particularly the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR.”

§ 4

1. The administrator of personal data is Eidotech.
2. Eidotech may entrust the processing of collected personal data of Users to another entity based on a data processing agreement concluded with that entity.

 

§ 5

Eidotech informs the Users that the recipients of personal data will include entities managing correspondence on behalf of Eidotech, marketing agencies, providers of tools for analyzing traffic on the Portal, and postal and courier operators.

§ 6

1. The User has the right to access their personal data and may verify, correct, or delete it by submitting an appropriate request to Eidotech.
2. The User also has the right to restrict the processing of personal data. If the data is processed in violation of legal requirements, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
3. The User also has the right to object to the processing of personal data if the processing is based on the legitimate interests of Eidotech or a third party, including objections to processing for direct marketing purposes.

§ 7

1. Eidotech processes and uses Users’ personal data to the extent necessary to respond to a User’s inquiry or resolve an issue presented during contact with the User.
2. The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The legitimate interest of the administrator is to conduct marketing, respond to the User’s inquiry, and resolve the issue presented by the User.

§ 8

Personal data processed for marketing purposes will be processed for the duration of such activities by Eidotech or until the User objects to further processing of personal data. Personal data processed in connection with the User’s contact with Eidotech will be processed for the time necessary to respond to the User’s message and resolve the issue raised.

§ 9

Eidotech uses technical measures required by current data protection regulations to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data transmitted electronically.

§ 10

The User can contact Eidotech anonymously or using a pseudonym. However, some correspondence may require providing personal data.

§ 11

1. Eidotech uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the User’s end device (e.g., computer, tablet, smartphone). Cookies can be read by Eidotech’s ICT system.
2. Eidotech stores cookies on the User’s end device and then accesses the information contained in them for the following purposes:
1. Marketing, including collecting information on the User’s actions on the Portal, such as clicked links and visited pages.
2. Handling visit counters, using surveys.
3. For statistical purposes, particularly enabling Eidotech to analyze how users use the Portal.

§ 12

1. Eidotech informs Users that it is possible to configure the web browser to prevent cookies from being stored on the User’s end device.
2. Eidotech also indicates that cookies can be deleted by the User after they have been saved by Eidotech using appropriate functions of the web browser, programs designed for this purpose, or using the tools available within the operating system used by the User.

§ 13

Eidotech also informs Users that changing the configuration of the web browser to prevent or limit the storage of cookies on the User’s end device may result in limitations in the functionality of the services provided. Deleting cookies during the service provision may lead to similar consequences.

§ 14

1. The Portal uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., hereinafter referred to as “Google.”
2. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are text files placed on the User’s computer or other device to help the Portal analyze how Users use the Portal. The information generated by cookies regarding the User’s use of the Portal (including the IP address) will be transmitted to Google and stored on its servers.
3. Google will use this information to evaluate the User’s use of the Portal, create reports on website activity for website operators, and provide other services related to website traffic and internet usage.
4. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if such third parties process the information on behalf of Google.
