From planning to execution — we deliver full technical support at every stage of your event. Our team selects equipment to match the venue and event format, prepares a technical plan and coordinates setup, rehearsals and on-site operation. You focus on the programme — we handle everything else.

Eidotech Polska is a company with over 20 years of experience in technical event production. We specialise in delivering comprehensive AV support for conferences, corporate galas, concerts, trade shows and cultural events. With more than 500 completed projects under our belt — from intimate corporate meetings to multi-day festivals and exhibitions at leading cultural institutions in Poland and abroad — we bring proven expertise to every production.

How we work

Our process follows four stages that guarantee a smooth delivery, even for the most demanding productions:

  • Consultation — we discuss your needs, the nature of the event and its technical requirements. Based on the initial brief, we prepare a technical concept and estimated quote — free of charge, within 24 hours.
  • Planning — we create a detailed technical plan with equipment layout, setup schedule and a complete equipment list. For larger productions we conduct a site survey to assess power supply, rigging points, acoustics and logistics.
  • Execution — our crew sets up all equipment, runs sound and video checks, and a dedicated technical director coordinates everything during the event. We bring backup units for all critical equipment to eliminate any risk of downtime.
  • Teardown — efficient teardown after the event, equipment transport back to our warehouse and a post-event report with photo documentation.

How much does event technical production cost?

The cost depends on the type of event, number of guests, equipment required and duration. We provide a tailored quote within 24 hours.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend getting in touch at least 2-3 weeks before the event. During peak season it is wise to book several months ahead.

Do you provide on-site support during the event?

Yes. Our technical director and crew remain on site for the entire duration of the event.

Do you work outside Warsaw?

Yes, we cover events across Poland. We have our own transport fleet.

Can I hire equipment without crew?

What types of events do you cover?

We provide technical production for corporate conferences, gala dinners, product launches, concerts, festivals, trade fairs, hybrid and virtual events, awards ceremonies and private celebrations.

Do you handle outdoor events?

Yes. We supply weatherproof sound systems, outdoor LED screens and IP-rated lighting. We also provide power generators and staging structures when the venue has no built-in infrastructure.

Can you live-stream our event to multiple platforms at once?

Absolutely. We can broadcast simultaneously to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Vimeo or any custom RTMP destination. We also support dedicated event platforms with viewer analytics.

What happens if equipment fails during the event?

We bring backup units for all critical equipment. Our technicians are on site throughout the event and can switch to a spare within minutes, ensuring zero downtime.

Is a site visit included before the event?

Yes. For larger productions we always conduct a technical site inspection to assess power supply, rigging points, acoustics and logistics. For smaller events we can work from floor plans and photos.
